Quality, Safety and Environment Policy

The Management of Apcoa Italia Spa has defined and keeps active, and therefore evolving, an Integrated Company Management System, which develops the principles and management methods that the Company uses, in compliance with the mandatory and voluntary references:

  • UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 - Quality Management Systems. Requirements.
  • UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 - Environmental Management Systems. Requirements.
  • UNI ISO 45001:2018 - Occupational health and safety management systems - Requirements and guidance.
  • ISO/IEC 27001:2022 - Management of the security of information processed in the design, development and provision of services for the management, custody and surveillance of car parks and parking areas in structures and on public roads.
  • EU Regulation 2016/679 - General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR
  • Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001 - Regulations on the administrative liability of legal entities, companies and associations, including those without legal personality, pursuant to Article 11 of Law no. 300 of 29 September 2000
