Code of Ethics
APCOA Italia's conduct is inspired and informed by the principles of legality and ethics.
Precisely in order to pursue this orientation, adopted in practice and also stigmatised in the Corporation's Standards of Business Conduct, the Company's management believes that it is appropriate to disseminate a written code of conduct and business ethics; a code that, confirming in full and integrating, pursuant to and for the purposes of Legislative Decree 231/01, the principles enshrined in the aforementioned Standards of Business Conduct of the Corporation, represents a tool to further strengthen and guide the behaviour of all employees, both senior and non-managerial, and, in general, of all the Company's Stakeholders.
