Gonzaga Parking was designed and built by APCOA to meet the most current urban mobility needs while respecting the artistic value of Mantua's historic center. It now has 233 parking spaces managed on a rotating basis and is spread over two floors, one above ground and one below ground for a total of 8,380 square meters.

The level area (5,630 square meters) has 137 parking spaces, 5 of which are for disabled people and 3 for electric vehicles, including one with fast charging, which will grow in a modular way according to needs, as well as 13 motorcycle spaces, an area for electric bicycles, and a locker board area, in a logic of an urban mobility hub.

The basement (2,750 sq m) has 96 parking spaces and has contributed, together with the significant expansion of the surface area, to quantitatively and qualitatively enhance the city's parking areas. Southern vehicular access is from Via Lungolago Gonzaga; northern access is from Largo Vigili del Fuoco, with two vehicular exits on Via Lungolago Gonzaga.

The parking lot is open 24h/24 and is equipped with the latest technology for access control and user safety. It can be accessed with APCOA Flow and Telepass, which will allow transit without collecting a ticket, while there will still be 2 automatic cash machines positioned at the pedestrian access points in front of Largo Vigili del Fuoco and from Vicolo Dogana.

The rotating parking fee is €1.90 per hour from 7:00 a.m. to midnight and €1.20 per hour for the nighttime slot from midnight to 7:00 a.m., with a daily maximum of €6.00. Residents in the City and Province of Mantua who choose Gonzaga Parking can benefit from a 20% discount on rotating parking rates by downloading and registering on the APCOA Flow APP (for more information see the following link https://www.apcoa.it/gonzaga-parking/ ).

With the occasion of the entry into operation of the new parking lot, which enhances the city's parking system, APCOA and the Municipality have defined an agreement under which the APCOA Flow APP can be used as a payment system in all Blue Areas managed by the Municipality of Mantua, through the company ASTER. The 20% discount, mentioned above, is not applicable to the Blue Areas managed by ASTER

Merchants will be able to have parking vouchers from 1 to 3 hours, discounted by 30% compared to the standard rate, to offer to their customers. As far as subscriptions are concerned, three main types will be available: the 24h/24 7d/7 at a cost of €120 per month (discounted to €80 per month for residents in the Municipality of Mantua), the daytime Monday-Friday 7am-8pm at a cost of €80.00 per month, and the nighttime 7d/7 7pm-7pm at a cost of €30.00 per month.

For those who transfer their residence to the Municipality of Mantua, the resident subscription will be further discounted, for the first 12 months from the date of transfer, to € 50 per month.
