Notice to users

The Resident PASS can only be issued to residents in the areas identified within each ZPRU (Zone of Special Urban Importance) and allows parking within their area of residence, with the exception of sub-areas subject to "high turnover" and "interchange" tariffs. For maps of the ZPRU areas and a detailed list of the streets included, please download them on this page. For the first entries, the Resident/Worker/Domiciled PASS will be valid until 31/12 of the current year and the price will be fractioned according to the months remaining at the end of the year.
Passes are available for Workers, including non-residents, with their place of work within the areas identified in each ZPRU and for Domiciles. These passes allow holders to park within the area of their place of work or domicile, excluding the sub-areas subject to "high rotation" and "interchange" tariffs

TIME DISC

Introduction of new time disk zones with resident protection: in the disk zones, only residents of the area with a pass will be exempt from the display of the disk and consequently from the time limit.

Park underground Resistenza and Park interchange Marelli/M1* subscriptions

- Monthly prepaid subscriptions: first issue of the card and payment at the APCOA counter; subsequent renewals at automatic cash machines and at the APCOA counter;

- Subscriptions with a minimum 3-month contract: the request for the documentation is made by e-mail tossg.sestopark@apcoa.it; subsequent collection of the card and signing of the contract takes place at the APCOA counter. The quarterly payment can be made by bank transfer or SEPA direct debit.

Cards*

Prepaid pay-as-you-go cards valid for hourly parking in parking meter areas or barrier car parks. First issue of card and payment at the APCOA counter. Subsequent recharging at parking meters or cash machines.

Vehicles powered exclusively by electricity are exempt from paying for parking on the road, subject to application online or at the APCOA counter

APCOA FLOW is a digital platform for paying for parking via smartphone in parking areas operated with a parking meter. With a single account, it allows deferred payment by credit card in the various APCOA car parks in Italy (e.g. in the car parks operated in the nearby city of Segrate).

No ticket. No cash. No stress.

With APCOA FLOW the parking experience is even more convenient.

APCOA FLOW finds the nearest car park from your current location via geolocalisation, there is no need to go to the parking meter to print out the ticket and the parking payment is made directly to your registered credit card. A payment extension function is included in case the parking space is prolonged in order to avoid penalties.

To use the App, no initial outlay is required to activate an electronic purse, but it is sufficient to combine a credit card during registration; payment by credit card is in arrears and no fees are charged for payment via the App.

The discount codes enabled for the activation of subsidised parking according to the above to be entered during the activation of each parking are RES, LAV, DOM for Residents, Workers and Domiciles respectively.

The counter will be open to the public from Monday to Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
By appointment - Monday - Friday 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m., Saturday 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
During which time citizen assistance for the issuance of passes or subscriptions will also be guaranteed. The APCOA call centre, on the other hand, will be active 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, thanks to the support of the APCOA remote centre during the hours when the counter is closed to the public.
