The parking area covers four underground floors and has 568 rotating parking spaces, including 19 spaces dedicated to people with disabilities and 37 spaces for charging electric vehicles, ensuring a sustainable and accessible service for all users.
The parking lot, located within the structure of The Social Hub Belfiore, has undergone major investments, including new management systems with state-of-the-art technologies that will regulate access, exit and payment flows, making the parking lot functional and accessible.

In particular, the Skidata management system has been implemented, as well as the entrance with license plate reading and Telepass, - Telepass and UnipolMove - to ensure even faster and more convenient use for users. The Belfiore Parking Garage will be operational 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Belfiore Underground Car Park, accessible from Viale Belfiore 55, is located in a strategic area of Florence, just a short walk from the historic center and well connected to the main commercial services and main arterial roads. Its proximity to the “Belfiore” streetcar stop on the T2 Vespucci line and the Santa Maria Novella train station, along with numerous stores, restaurants and accommodations, makes the parking lot an ideal choice for both visitors to the city and residents and workers who need safe, state-of-the-art parking.
