Opened the new Parcheggio Cittadella in Verona, the nearest parking to the Arena; the inauguration has been on the 8th of June 2010 at 12:00 a.m..
The building has 750 parking spaces divided into three basement levels and 50 additional spaces are available on the surface of the square, for an amount of 800 parking spaces to serve the City center.
The entrance in Via Paglieri is easily accessible from Corso Porta Nuova, Via degli Alpini, Via Montanari and Vicolo Ghiaia and is assisted by an operative system of variable message signs that indicate to users in addition to the direction, the status of occupation of the parking.
Inside the parking there is a single car space addressing system, that uses internal dynamic directions, that can drive the user to the empty car space more comfortable, marked by green light.
Safety is ensured by a wide system of surveillance and internal walkways; there are also sound system and automatic cash payment. The nursery-room for children and even more the creation of a display area, an area enclosed by transparent walls and greenery, make the park a familiar place and an attractive place for citizenship.
