In a southerly direction, a few minutes on foot, there is the place of cultural interest Finestrella on the Canale delle Moline, where you can admire a very suggestive glimpse.
Always in the same direction, you will find the emblem of the city of Bologna: the two towers, the Grisenda and the Asinelli.
Moving instead towards the South West you can appreciate the Arena del Sole Theater and, a few meters further, the Auditorium Manzoni Theater, with the nearby Medieval Civic Museum that tells the medieval history of the city.
Another 4 or 5 minutes walk and you will find the Fountain of Neptune and the historic Piazza Maggiore with the nearby Basilica of San Petronio, patron of the city.
Always close to the parking lot, heading east, a few minutes on foot, the spectacular Botanical Garden with the herbarium, the Collection of Anatomical Waxes and the beautiful National Art Gallery of Bologna, where works of considerable artistic and cultural value are hosted.
Following the South East direction you can reach the historic Via Zamboni where some of the historical faculties of the University of Bologna are located. Nearby are the Teatro Comunale di Bologna, the Basilica of San Giacomo Maggiore and a whole series of absolutely unmissable streets.
